Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Call Requirements: Call is not required

Candidate will be required to pass a telemetry competency exam, to include identifying and measuring rhythm strips.

Patient population includes treatment of CHF, Alcohol Withdrawal, NSTEMI's, sepsis, dysrhythmias, PNA, COPD, Covid, care of the post-procedure patients including pacemakers, ablations, and cath lab procedures, and OHS patients once downgraded from ICU.

May float to Intensive Care Units for a telemetry/medical appropriate assignment, medical-surgical units, as well Renown Regional. Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.

May be required to work major holidays and is required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period. Schedule can include weekends, holidays.
