Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Bone Marrow Transplant Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ONS (Preferred)
