Outpatient PT

This position may be flexed between Wausau, Weston, and Stevens Point dependent on need of clinics. This will be a set schedule and will not flip flop back and forth between buildings constantly.

BID, CCAP, and WI caregiver are to be completed and uploaded into Optimizer within 48 hours.

Proof of background initiation and proof of lab/DS appt must be emailed to Vaya compliance team within 48 hours.

Compliance/Lab Note: Vacation/Work schedule interference - If candidates are not able to go into the labs ASAP after signing, it may lead to a cancellation. Candidates should be aware that they will need to adjust their schedule accordingly to go in for labs for their new assignment within the timeframe required.
