Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
36 months of Case Management experience is required from any number of months.
ADN completion required
Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:

No guaranteed hours

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm & Weekend rotation with call

Education: Must obtain bachelor’s in nursing within 2 years of hire.

A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States

Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the clinical care setting
  • Experience and knowledge of discharge planning, case management, or utilization review processes.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of electronic health record systems.

Orientation: Every two (2) weeks only.
