Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from last 4 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Shift: Sun-Thurs

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.

Patients treated per day 7 - 10

Other Certs Required for all OT: MOCA

Common diagnosis / Types of patients Post stroke, ortho, CHF, GI, and general psych diagnosis

Acute inpatient

Areas required to cover: Med-surg, ICU, Critical care Neuro, Ortho, GI

Must be experienced in acute therapy and able start with minimal training besides hospital orientation

Weekend Requirement yes if part of normal schedule

Any solid color scrubs
