Requirements

Experience

12 months of travel experience is required.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Upon receipt of an offer, you will be assigned Prophecy exams that must be taken immediately. If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Shift: Monday - Friday; Flexible based on patient load

PT- Outpatient--Dry Needling experience

Primarily Outpatient- Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, Peds a plus but optional

Required: Outpatient experience

Saturdays only 1-2/month generally cover acute at Bertie and Chowan comp time during the week

Guaranteed Hours: 36; possibility to pick up OP hours if needed to supplement to 40

Dress Code: Navy Scrubs
