24 months of Direct Observation Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
