Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Palliative Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 or 48 hours per week

Shift Requirements: variable shifts. days and nights

Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Float Requirements: To any inpatient unit and to other Central region locations if needed.

On Call/Call Back Requirements: n/a

Minimum Experience: 2 years inpatient required. Palliative Care preferred. 2 years MS experience required. Will take an MS RN that is willing to be on Palliative Unit.

Required Skillset: Med/Surg skill set required, experience in Palliative Care/Hospice would be helpful.

Primary Cases: Palliative, Comfort/Hospice, Med/Surg
