Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Weekends Every Other

• Shift: M-F

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40

• Weekend Hours: TBD

• Would prefer a pharmacist with Oncology experience.

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Proficiency in Epic HER, Experience in hazardous drug handling, USP 800,

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: at least 2 years in oncology setting, Knowledge of Epic Beacon.

• Required Education: BS Pharm or PharmD

• Any unacceptable attire: Jeans, shorts
