Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is required from last 12 months.

12 months of Pediatric Pulmonary Unit experience is required from any number of months.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply

Travel Pairs: travel pairs are allowed, but generally will not be on the same unit. Married couples may not work on the same unit

Recent experience with pediatric patient population in inpatient and/or outpatient setting

Recent full-time RN experience in pediatric outpatient pulmonology care coordination

Recent (within last year) experience working with trached/vented pediatric patients

Phlebotomy Exp Required

Experience in managing Gtubes, Central line access and care, drawing labs.

Prior Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
