24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

High School completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

All staff may be required to work during a hurricane with all necessary safety precautions in place. Please only submit if you are willing to provide care during hurricane season.

No block scheduling allowed.

Certs Required: Current cert as Registered Polysomnographic Tech RPGST), Sleep Disorder Specialist (SDS), or Registered Sleep Tech (RST)

Education Preferred: Completion of accredited polysmonography education program

Job Duties:

Perform difficult & unusual procedures & therapuetic interventions
Gathers & analyzes patient information
Prepare & calibrate equipment
Document routine observations
Perform routine mask fitting for positive airways pressure (PAP)
Scores sleep studies

No call in.

RTO must be on profile and brought up in the interview or there is a high chance offer's will be rescinded.

Resources who worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must be separated from Ochsner Health System for 1 full year before they can return as travel.
