No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).
Laser Eye required
Open heart, vascular & endovascular experience required.
Experience with main OR surgical procedures required.
Team member will float to the Main OR when there are no CVOR case support needs.
Call/holidays/weekends per department needs.
