Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
36 months of Nurse Management experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

House Supervisor Required

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Prefer strong ED/Trauma background but will consider MS/ICU experience.

Will they be responsible for arranging transfers?: Yes

Will they be required to mix medications?: Yes

Do they manage bedding and staffing?: Yes, but small scale

Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse - will they fill in as charge nurse?: We have one Supervisor position in the hospital, some of the duties include "charge" nurse duties

Self-scheduling: yes, to an extent. With a small department, shifts can be requested but we must meet the staffing needs of the department and may occasionally need to move a shift.

Block scheduling: Yes

Weekend Requirements: EOW

Holiday Requirements : Yes (if contract through Dec 31, would expect them to work one holiday)

Rounding/Safety Huddles: Yes

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
