Additional Information

Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

Shift Notes: 40 hours schedule/30 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced

Weekend and On Call Requirements: Schedule to be determined by facility

No License Hits required.

Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
