Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Type of equipment – GE and Philips labs, Mac Lab/Cardiolab

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

Left/Right heart caths, angioplasty/stent; IVUS, ICE, atherectomy

Atrial Fib Ablations, Micra’s ICDs, PM, Lead extraction

Structural Heart: TAVR, TMVR, Tricuspid, LAAC (Watchman) PFO/ASD

Floating Area(s): Registered Nurse may assist in the Pre/Post care area called Cardiovascular Observation Unit

Scrub color: May wear own scrub or use the blue hospital scrubs

Weekends and On call(if any) 1 Weekend/Month, 1 night call per week

Must have Cath Lab Circulating (RN)
