Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Nurse Management experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Health Care Systems Inc (HCS) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Additional Details:

Must be interested in a temp to hire position if contract is a good fit.

Inpatient substance abuse treatment facility for 18+ ages.

Must be able to do CIWA/COWS, UAs and be able to set/hold firm empathic boundaries

12 months of prior experience - including manager or lead experience

Preferred experience: Psych experience

Dress Code: Scrubs

Voluntary patients, no restraints, Admin on call and Doctor on call at all times, no on-site security.

Orientation is 2-3 days of 12 hour shifts training until comfortable.

Shift: Monday - Friday standard business hours with the expectation of working 2 floor shifts per month
