Experience

10 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Holidays: As needed

Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius

First time travelers accepted

Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

Education Requirement: Masters or Doctorate in PT

Minimum 2 years of PT experience required

Required Skillset: Outpatient

Unit Info: Hospital setting, primarily outpatient with some inpatient
