Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Pediatric Step Down Unit experience is required from last 4 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment

Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Guaranteed Hours: 36

May be floated to work in Pediatric Step Down, Pediatric Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, NICU, PICU, and/or Post-partum Unit.

Required:

Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years

Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years

Travel teams must be submitted together

Patient Ratio: Step Down - 1/3, Floor - 1/5, Onc - 1/4

Patient Types: RSV/Post Op/Cystic Fibrosis/GI/Nephro/Endocrine Pediatric Med Surg
