Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Mother/Baby experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

We need this candidate to have:
Experience as the infant delivery Nurse
Experience with newborn post-delivery transition care
Experience with Special Care Level 2 Nursery

Patient Ratios – : PP/WB 1:7, SCN 1:3

Scheduling requirements: 50% weekends

Floating policy: Well Baby, Transition, Special Care Nursery

Certifications: NRP, STABLE (recommended)

Must have: Candidates without these Infant Transition / Baby Catcher experience

Advanced skills will not be considered for the role needed: Special care nursery caring for feeder/growers, NG feeds, drug withdrawal infants, IV fluid weaning and management
