Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Case Management experience is required.
3 months of experience with Meditech is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Louisiana license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends; Sat and Sun 0800 - 1630
No call required.

Required: Case Management experience
Midas/InterQual use
Preferred: Knowledge of area resources; NATE
Floating Areas: Entire Hospital, including W&CH and ED
Scrub Color/Attire - Caribbean Blue scrubs/white jacket
