Guaranteed Hours: 36

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Inpatient, outpatient, and emergent, Stroke Thrombectomy, Embolizations, Lines, Tubes, Visceral, Para, Thora, flouro, etc.

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Need scrubbing experience

Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 days per week 730-4 if on call

Weekend/Call Requirements: every third weekend on call

Holiday/Call Requirements: every other

What is call response time: 30 minutes

Floating Requirements: radiology pre/post requirements

Scrub Color/Dress Code: provided

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
