24 months of role experience is required.
24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday

Floating - could float to St Francis, St Clare, and St Anthony

What areas are they required to cover? InPatient & Outpatient

Common diagnosis / Types of patients OP’s; post-concussion, CVA, TBI, Head & Neck CA

Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Independence in Bedside swallow eval & follow; Comm Eval & follow-up; Outpatient standardized test administration

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.

Scrub Color/Dress Code dark blue or black scrubs OK for Outpatient & IP. (can wear scrub top or other top with scrub pants)
