Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Operating Room experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance.

Anyone granted a covid vaccine exemption must comply with weekly testing and proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

1 reference must be from current manager.

Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.

Shift: 0700-1530. May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.

Large OR experience required; Ortho, EENT, and/or vascular experience a plus.

Weekends(2 per month), on call (15 days per month), and holidays required.

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

Candidate must be able to scrub.

Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.

Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

Scrubs are required and provided.

No Holiday RTO will be approved for travelers.

Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
