Auto-Offer Parameters: (Any requests outside of the below has to be sent to Manager for approval) · Requested time off – HWS has approval to process up to 5 days in the offer sent to the vendor. Anything more, will have to be reviewed and approved by manager. o HWS will ask the candidate to make up approved time off at the back of the assignment o Holidays MUST have manager approval

· Holidays – HWS will advise and require candidates to work 2 out of the 3 holidays

· Duration of assignment – for these positions, HWS will have approval to offer 13-18 week assignments

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend

• Float Requirements: Yes – Any other PCU or Med Surg

Must Have Skills/Experience: Proficient in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy (including PICC line management, dressing changes), IV medications (administration of antibiotics, drips including heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, cardizem) & Tracheostomy Management, Intermediate/step down experience

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Proficient with BiPAPs and high flow and Proficient with chest tubes, Pulmonary disease management

• Type of Patients on Unit: Mix

Dress Code: Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue tops, Bottoms – blue or black
