Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

*Must have current open heart recovery, balloon pump, and impella competencies.

Must have strong experience and can work independently, clinician will be expert in CV cases and will take CV patients directly from the OR.

Will float between like units.

Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.***

RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.

Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Scrub Color: Any solid color, typically Royal Blue or Navy.

Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler.
