Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Guaranteed Hours 40

Shift: Rotating Day or Afternoon in Ex. 6am - 430pm or 9am to 730pm.

Weeknight/Call, Weekend/Call and Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes

What is call response time? 30 minutes

Floating Requirements: Only work in the Cath lab & EP

Unit: Cath Lab Tech with EP experience

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Cardiology Patients

EMR/Equipment: Toshiba, Carto , Abbott

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Experience with Impella/ IABP/ INARI, Lectrophysic, PVC, PT, Crio or transeptal ablations, Lazer lead extractions, Device work, EP recording systems

Accepts: ARRT (R) / ARRT (CI) / ARRT (VI)

Scrub Color/Dress Code: OR scrubs provided daily
