Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required from last 3 years.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Additional Details:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

· Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 or 48 hrs

· Shift Requirements : 12 hr Variables Day and Night – week rotation

· Float Requirements: will float between critical care units - possible float to lower acuity units based on census and need

· On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA

· Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend Every other holiday

· Float pool requirement from Critical Care, Cardiac ICU and IMC units.

· Scrub Colors: Royal Blue

· Required Education Associate Degree or Certificate

· Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree
