Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

NO RTO between 12/15-1/15 will be approved.

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36-48

Start Date: 06/09 (will take someone sooner)

Facility will attempt to schedule 3 shifts in a row but flexibility is required. Travelers have the option of trading shifts with others if necessary

Weekend/Holidays: Every other, up to 3rd weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) & Holiday rotation

Float Requirements: float to med surg

Non-violent crisis training preferred

Pediatric experience is preferred

Unit information: ICU houses ICU/Stepdown patients, not experiencing high COVID volumes

ICU nurse must be willing to take pediatric populations. (0-17)
