Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Home Health experience is required from last 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Guaranteed Hours 40

Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend - when they work the weekend they can have a day off the week before and after if wanted

Holidays: they will work into holiday rotation

Ratios: patient load is based on productivity, usually about 5 visits per day, admission is usually equivalent to two patients

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: pt. infusions, IV antibiotics, TPN, central lines, PICC lines, blood draws

EMR: Netsmart which was formerly known as Allscripts

Additional Notes: They may have to take call, call is usually required 2-4x per month for the weekdays, schedule is 5pm-8am. May have to do infusions for peds, if the visit is related to pediatric condition they will be sent to ER for evaluation, most/if not all of pt. population is not peds.
