Requirements

24 months of role experience is required.

Travel experience is required.

24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Psych RN to work in the ED. Position is strictly Psych.

RN should come from similar setting- large academic setting.

Candidate may submit with either CPI or MAB, but must have one of the two.

Acute and chronic psych patients, range in age from pedi to geri.

Criteria for admission to psych units include, but not limited to, danger to self or others. Patients may require medical intervention, along with their psych symptoms.

EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.

Shift: Monday to Sunday

IVS to OFFER.

No block schedules for any reason.

Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
