Experience
18 months of role experience is required.
16 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience is required.
6 months of experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm the desired contract length at time of submission.

D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.)

Must have minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

Must have 18 months Perm experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.

Perm reference is required and must be obtained from the past 12 months.

Travel reference is required from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experience.

BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case.

Facility does not accept any license hits.

Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice.

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.

NIH Stroke Certification: AHA, Apex, AACME, or Bluecloud only. Healthstream Certs are not acceptable. Must be updated every year unless cert states two years.
