Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
60 months of Ambulatory Clinic (LPN) experience is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

2 years Occupational Health experience required
Must be a certified breath alcohol technician (bat) - strongly preferred
Dot certification for drug screening strongly preferred

Phlebotomy Experience - Strongly Preferred
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
