Weekend/On Call Requirement: One shift STEMI on-call responsibility during the week (1730-0700) and STEMI on-call responsibilities every 5th weekend (Friday evening at 1730 through Monday morning at 0700).

-Required Work Setting Experience: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Pre Post Procedure.
-Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Skills/Experience: ASD Closures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization, Rotablator atherectomy, Scrub Procedures, Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), Valvuloplasty, Ventricular Assist Device Insertion.
-Required Electrophysiology Procedures: Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Circulate Procedures, Conduction Studies, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Scrub Procedures.
-Required Vascular Study/Procedure Experience: Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Dialysis Graft Interventional, Endovascular Interventions, Stent Graft Placement, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography.
-Required Medication Experience: Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Thrombolytics.
-Required IV Therapy Skills/Experience: Assist with Central Line Insertion/management, Starting IVs.
-Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: 12 Lead EKG, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Cardioversion, External Compression Devices (C-Clamp, Sandbags), Hypothermia protocols, Infection Prevention, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Radiation and Laser Safety, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale, Sheath Removal and Monitoring, Topical Hemostasis (D-Stat, Chito-Seal, Syvek Patch), Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Ventilator Monitoring.
-Previous charge experience preferred.
