Additional Details:

Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.

Shift: Mon-Fri

Holiday and Weekend Shifts: Rotation

Performs diagnostic general radiological procedures utilizing various imaging equipment to assist in diagnosis of disease and injuries. This may include Cat Scan and C-arm units.

Performs general, OB and some vascular Ultrasound. May also perform breast Ultrasound.

Must know all preps for each Radiology and Vascular / Cardiac U/S exams and procedures.

Required Education: Associate's Degree in Ultrasound/Sonography or Radiologic Technology OR Certificate of completion of Ultrasound/Sonography or Radiologic Technology program

Certs required: RDMS Abdomen (AB) or RDMS Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) through ARDMS
