12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Oncology Unit experience is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Requirements: Verify medication orders accurately and timely, Prepare IV mixtures, Labeling requirements, Handling and disposal requirements, Compound a Sterile and Non Sterile Product, Aseptic Technique, Routes of administration, Compounding Pharmacy

Previous Charge Experience Preferred

Certs: Chemo/Hazardous Drug

Scrubs: Dark blue but not required. Can wear any colored scrubs
