Requirements

Experience

12 months of Home Health experience is required.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Weekend Requirements: Every 2-3 weekends/Holidays required as needed

On Call Requirements: Possible call, as needed

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.

Traveler must be willing to work one of the following:

Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after

One year acute nursing care required, hospital based preferred.

Experience in home health Required

Certified Home Health Required Including Proficiency with OASIS

Infusion Therapy Certification Preferred

BSN strongly preferred

Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.

Current Driver License (and insurance) Required

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
