24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.

Specialty (Med Surg, ICU, L&D etc…) Acute Intermediate Care/Progressive Care/Step-down

Call Requirements No standing “on-call” requirements; rarely may be put on call if low volume

Weekends: Every third weekend & holiday rotation. If call in on your scheduled weekend to work, will be required to make up that weekend.

Patient Ratios – 1:3-4 patients; based on acuity levels may have one or two assignments of 1:2 ratio
