Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from last 4 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

With 2-3 weekends per month.

Patients treated per day: 8-10. 8-12 therapists working per day.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Neurologic-CVA, MS, Parkinson, Guillain Barre, cranial surgeries, spinal surgeries, only thing we don't typically TBI; general medical, orthopedic-total joints, fractures; cardiac-pacers, CABG, valve replacements; oncology, don't see transplant patients.

Acute inpatient

What areas are they required to cover: All medical floors (ICU not mandatory), PACU, ED. Occasional need to float to other St. Luke's Hospital in 20 mile radius- floating is infrequent.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color scrubs or business casual accepted.
