Requirements

Experience

3 months of Home Health experience is required.

3 months of experience with Oasis is required.

3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

IV Certification is required at submission.

M-F, days

On Call/Weekend rotation: one weekend a month; no after hours

Coverage area: Redding and surrounding areas, Anderson, Shasta lake city, Palo Cedro, Bella Vista, Millville, Lower part of Shingleton

LPN productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 32-36 points/wk

HomeCare HomeBase experience required

Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.

Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator
