Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 years.

24 months of Pharmacy experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

No Guaranteed Hours

While only one reference is required for submittal, two manager references will need to be provided during onboarding in order to be compliant with Johns Hopkins requirements.

This position is a mix of Days and Evenings

Daytime—7 AM – 330 PM
Midday—1230 PM – 900 PM
Evening—1 PM – 930 PM or 230 PM – 1100 PM
Rotating availability (expectation would be day/evening and every 3rd weekend)

Assists pharmacists in all aspects of drug packaging, preparation, and distribution. Refilling Pyxis, delivering medications to patient care areas throughout the day, repackaging of bulk bottles into unit dose, refilling of code trays, central pharmacy coverage and triage, training new hires including temp staff. There is no additional pay included.

Work requires a minimum of a high school level of education

Completion of a pharmacy technician educational program.
