With call

Certificate: RCIS, RT or RCES

Common diagnoses/Types of patients Right and left heart cath with or without intervention. Structural heart and vascular cases.TAVR, mitral clip etc.Requires knowledge of IABP & Impella insertion

Techs to scrub and document. Technologists must have procedural experience with the ability to scrub, monitor & document.

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Minimum of 2 years experience. Needs to be experienced with sedation and Phase 1 recovery, ICU or PACU experience would be a plus.

Techs must also have experience in Cath lab and EP.

Equipment: MacLab, GE Imaging

Weeknight/Call Requirement Call time starts after 1730. Average of 8 days a month

Weekend/Call Requirement 1 weekend per 4 week schedule. Friday Saturday Sunday.

Holiday/Call Requirement Covered by call time.

Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement? Yes

What is call response time? 30 minutes.

Floating Requirements May take a case over to the EP lab. All suites are in a combined unit.
