Experience
12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Louisiana license or compact license
Certifications

Additional Details:

Must work 5/2 Rotation

Will accept a first-time traveler? Yes

Travelers must be separated for 1 year if previously a perm staff

Patient Types: Include but are not limited to: Respiratory failure, CVA, DKA, Sepsis, s/p surgery, s/p cardiac cath with intervention, frequent monitoring and/or intervention

Floating: Units: Could float to 2 West (Cardiac Stepdown) or Medsurg (1:5-6 ratios)

Scheduling: Weekend rotation: every other Will work 4 days one week and 3 days the next week – this is mandatory Can we approve time off? Yes, 7 days – must extend to accommodate a 13-week contract Will they be on call? If so, what is that schedule? No call Holiday Expectations: scheduled per rotation
