24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required from last 2 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oregon license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Patient Type: Will provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Required:

2 years of strong Chronic Dialysis experience listed in the resume

Must have Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting

Must be willing and capable of taking charge RN

Must have FMC and EMR abilities

ICHD/PD/HHD experience
