Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Shift: Variable to meet the needs of the facility - AM/PM/NOC. Will not flip flop back to back shifts.

Required skills and minimum years of experience:

Registered Nurse II: Advancement from an RN I or at least one (1) year, continuous experience in a comparable patient care setting. RNs must remain at this level for a minimum of one year before applying for advancement. Must float to one other unit within one (1) year of appointment.

Registered Nurse III: Three (3) years of current clinical experience (Current indicates experience within the last five years from time of application) or, one (1) year of experience as a Bartlett RN II. An RN III is expected to establish a float in at least one primary area within one year of hire.

Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. BSN preferred.

Required: TEAM/Bert training certificate

No on-call

Weekends are required on a rotating basis

Patient Ratio: Days - 1/15-21, Nights - 1/25
