Requirements

Experience

24 months of Emergency Department experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

On-Call Required

Travelers will not work in trauma.

Travelers will not work in triage.

Travelers will not work in our locked psych unit.

We will require a TEAM'S interview prior to hiring either with Jackie or Myself will work every other full weekend (Friday-Sunday ; Saturday-Monday)

1 year experience - Critical Care/ Cardiac or ED

2 years minimum ED nursing.

No first time travel contracts

ED's comparable to size and volume (140beds, about 350+ patients daily) comfortable with a 7:1 nursing ratio

Comfortable with critical patients (STEMIS, Stroke, Intubations, cardiac medication titrations)
