Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience of Blood Bank and Transfusion

Must have a minimum of 1 year of generalist experience.

Completion of Phlebotomy Training Program including clinical rotation

High School Graduate or completion of GED.
