Experience

Travel experience is required.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a District of Columbia license

Additional Details:

START DATE: 10/28, 11/12

12D/E 36HRS or 48HRS. Day 4x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00) or Day 4x12-Hour (11:00 - 23:30)

Required Skills: Circulate ,Scrub, Level I trauma Exp

On Call : Six calls per 6 week schedule, One weekend or holiday per 6 week schedule,

Weekend shifts: 2 weekend shift per 13 week contract

Float Required: If no hearts can float to general surgery. Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

Return Staff Policy If a nurse has held previous employment with Medstar, must be gone for a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler.
