Requirements
Experience
3 months of travel experience is preferred.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Block scheduling will not be approved.
Credentialing required: 2 weeks
Prefer outpatient and acute. Long term care and swing bed is preferred but as long as willing to train that works. Primarily outpatient Physical therapy 90% of the time, coverage as needed in acute/SNF/LTC/Swing beds.
On Call Required? Yes, intermittent weekends and holidays - duration of contract.
