Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours 40

Shift: Monday - Friday - rotating weekend AM shifts (1 weekend shift/month)

Holiday Requirements: Generally closed.

Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute inpatient and hospital based outpatient PT clinic.

Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Ortho, geriatric, sports, Parkinson's, vestibular, pediatric, lymphedema, wound care.

General Certification Requirements: must take 8 hours of in house ortho education prior to ortho patient treatment.

Experience: Ortho PT. Outpatient experience a plus. Mostly will work Inpatient.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs or casual professional.
