24 months of travel experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, Potential to work Sat once every 8 weeks

Neuro exp required.

Preferred Experience: Adult and/or geriatric therapy experience.

Clinician to Patient ratio: 1:6

Patient Population (Diagnoses): 45% Stroke 20% SCI/ Other Neuro, Major multiple Trauma, Cardiac, Amputee, General Debility.

All RTO must be submitted and approved prior to acceptance.

Start date 12/2 & 12/16 . Assignments end on Saturday
